Rugby Corps Over 60 Club
|
We are non-denominational, welcome men and women and offer friendship and fellowship as well as a good cup of tea! We enjoy speakers on a wide range of topics and annual visits from musicians and choirs from Rugby School, Holmfield School, Dunchurch Middle School and Claremont Centre, as well as individuals. We have recently supported the Rotary Aqua Box Scheme and InterArc, a charity caring for Rumanian orphans and severely handicapped children. Forthcoming topics include Guide Dogs for the Blind, Rugby Myton Hospice and an afternoon of Piano Accordion music. We have speakers coming from the Methodist Centre, the Salvation Army Blackheath Centre, the Barwell Speakers club and Rugby Theatre. We are currently
participating in the age concern Internet/E-mail Taster Sessions.
